This video makes me cry like a baby. It's just so sweet. I think more than anything it is the song. It's beautiful! And this mom's strength just amazes me. She's using hypnosis to cope with her labor.

I don't think this would be very effective for me. The doctor would be shooting me up with drugs just to shut me up :)
all the thigs your mom made are so darling! You will ave the cutest nursery! I wish I could sing during contractions.... I can barley breathe :) I hope you have a wonderful experience- I have heard from my friends that do hypno birthing it is a high like no other.
