Have you ever seen guys who wear their shorts (with no shirt) or their swim trunks SO low that you can see almost their entire hip bones? And they think they are soooo cool?
I HATE THAT! Pull your stupid pants up!

It could go the other way too. His pants could be pulled up so high that it's indecent in another way.
