Out and About

One of my favorite things about being a parent is the opportunity to go and do things which, while being fun in and of themselves, take on a new light because you get to experience them through your child's eyes.

Jeremy has been working a lot of late hours writing code for some big projects at work. One week he left for work Monday morning and didn't get home until 7:00 am Tuesday. Yeah. I know. Crazy! Luckily, he was instructed to take the next two days off, so we had some fun time together as a family. We went to the zoo, and then to Tracy Aviary and Liberty Park the following weekend. Meredith was in heaven.

Here are some pictures to document our adventures.

Fun! Love the cute pic of Meredith in the turtle shell. You are so talented at photography. Jeremy looks so tired, poor guy. I caught my husband this morning leaving for work in the 3's! He's got a huge project that he's working as much as he can, when he can, which is early morning. Now that he's busted, his bedtime just got a lot earlier.

I'm glad he works for a company that appreciated his hard work and made him spend time with the family. Looks it was a great time for everyone!
